Zimmerman trial medical examiner: Prosecutors, police threw the case

Why would I measure the hoodie? It's a piece of clothing who's hood can't be more than 1/16" thick. I highly doubt that would make any difference to thugmartin's height! What does Thugvon or the shoes have anything to do with it? IF both were wearing nike's or a similar athlethetic(sp) shoe/sneaker it would NOT raise them up more than 2" unless they one or both were cross dressers and wearing 4"-8" heels! And I doubt a MALE working in a convenient store where he is on his feet for 8 hours is going to wear ANYTHING that would hurt his feet like heels would. If Thugmartin was wearing heels to make himself look taller...hth could he run away in the rain from Zimmerman? All you have to do is look at that picture and you can see that Thugmartin was at least 6" taller than the clerk!

 

And the clerk is probably 5'6" tall..

The ME measured Trayvon.. He didn't measure the clerk.

 

And now the ME has lost his job!

 

Clerk said under oath he was 5'11" ............ Given you think he is three inches shorter than trayvon , that would be trayvon at .... Gosh 6'2".

 

Oh he may have been mad Zimmerman had been watching him, but assaulted him none the less and without legal reason to do so. It was certainly not a "negligence" on Zimmerman's part.

The incident didn't start with the assault no, but the doesn't change the fact an assault occurred and it was perpetrated by Martin without cause and when Martin threatened Zimmerman with serious bodily harm Zimmerman had every right to defend himself.

The person who paid was Martin, for committing a felony assault and threatening someone with serious bodily harm.

The lesson is don't assault someone and threaten them with serious bodily harm just because they were watching you. And you seem to ignore the fact that was proven in court, that Martin ran off and lost Zimmerman, the following/persuit/ observing however you want to frame had ended. Martin reinstigated contact and then engaged in an assault.

 

The medical expert presented by the defense made this medical examiner look like a clueless idiot out to 'get' Zimmerman regardless of the facts. He has nobody but himself to blame. He's going to lose his lawsuit and during the process his lawyer will take him for every cent he owns. Sweet!

 

The clerk was on the stand at trial?

 

Yes, I cant remember if the defense or state called him up though.

 

Do you remember his name? I can look up his testimony.

I watched most of the trial and I don't remember him even being in the courtroom.

 

He was the second witness called by the prosecution but it was O'Mara who had him stand up and asked him how tall he was and he replied 5'11"

Take into account we know through pictures that the dude either had illegal possession of a gun(or whatever hell else he was doing), this isn't a 'boy or a kid'(ROFL, the prosecution's final stand may have been the worst in U.S judicial history). This was a 17 year old on a troubled path.

And frankly, there wasn't enough physical evidence to convict.

That you think Dr. Carson is the only one who carries the lefts Uncle Tom moniker is almost racist in and of itself. Dr. Tyson... I would compile a list, but why? The funny thing is Zimmerman himself told the police he thought Martin was around 5'11. The only people claiming Martin was 6'3 are a bunch of cons trying to make Martin out to be this gigantic person who towered over poor little helpless Zimmerman.

 

The poster got switched up between TMs reported height by doctor bung ho, and the attendant. If you backscroll he has them correctly assigned until that post.

Of course TMs father who is like 6'5 or better believed his son was 6'3.

And obvious Martin was a good bit taller than him.

Oh, so Z did ask M what he was doing there? Never heard they had exchanged words... which I had said several times. In a situation like that, instead of silently eye-balling each other in the middle of the night, they should speak up, ID themselves, ask/answer a question or 2, then go on their own way......

Zimmerman was the one following Martin, and chose to not identify himself.

I realize that Zimmerman can do no wrong in the eyes of many cons, but the fact of the matter is he created the entire situation by acting like an idiot. Hell, he's still acting like an idiot and will continue acting like an idiot until he's thrown in the slammer like his buddy OJ.

 

I am just a tad under 5' 10".. and I have been slim all my life... I appear taller than a heavy person who is 5' 8" or 5' 9".

Are you claiming that TM was much taller than the ME's measurement and that he weighed 158 pounds?

Well, you seem to be the biggest critique of threads about Zimmerman. . . and yet you can't help answering almost every post about this subject.

I know I have a great interest in this case. . .and I will probably keep some interest until I know that George Zimmerman finally gets what's rightfully coming to him. . .a few years behind bars (I know. . .it won't be for killing Martin, but I trust there will be plenty of other "incidents" where he will try to play hero and will get himself in trouble. . .hopefully some people's eyes will open some day).

So. . . . Go ahead. . .move on, or stay! Your choice!
But it seems a little strange that you badger people who continue to discuss this, when you, yourself, don't seem to be able to take yourself away from it!

 

Zimmerman is such a loser.

The guy is a free man who is hated by many and yet he keeps continuing to act like an idiot by drawing attention to himself. Even Casey Anthony isn't this stupid.
