Zimmerman trial medical examiner: Prosecutors, police threw the case

Trayvon Martin had absolutely no obligation to tell George Zimmerman what he was doing, who he was or anything else.

Black people do not need to be controlled or managed.

 

I am claiming he was much taller than the on oath 5'10" clerk .

Maybe if his parents controlled or managed him better he wouldn't have tried to smash a mans head on concrete leading to his death . Think about it , bro .

 

And maybe it never happened! After all, we STILL only have Zimmerman's word for it! NO ONE saw his head being smashed on concrete. . .and the minor injuries do not support such "repeated smashing!"

Maybe (probably, in my opinion), it was just a fist fight, with the loser being mad enough to pull a gun, although he knew the police was only seconds away!

The "NOT GUILTY" verdict in NO WAY proves that Zimmerman's account of what happened was the truth. . .in fact, it is clear that a huge amount of doubt remains, even among the jurors, even among some members of Zimmerman's family.

 

She was already a state attorney (the equivalent of district attorney in FL) so how could her motivation be to attain a position that she already held?

 

A trial, has gone and passed. Get over it.

In America, its innocent till proven guilty. Unless you have evidence that he was found guilty, he is innocent. Deal with it! Duh!

 

ORLY? Margot, if you are 5' 10" then not only do you "appear taller" than a 5' 8" person...you actually ARE, in real life, prime-time, taller than them!

 

Yes, the court verdict reads not guilty. If you are not guilty of commiting a crime, you are indeed, innocent.

 

How do you "throw" a case that has no merit or evidence?

 

I have to chuckle at the Trayvonites who cling to the same old garbage that didn't work during the trial. I expect them to start posting the pics of Trayvon when he was a kid and telling us how he was a "future astronaut".....LOL!

 

Well . . . after all according to the Left's Political Messiah young Martin would most likely have grown up to be president. So there is that.

Not by a long shot, Toots! There have been dozens of M/Z threads and they're still coming in! There have been so many since the shooting which was OVER a yr ago - some I read the title and ignored it. Some others I looked at, posted a few and left.... others I did post frequently, usually out of amazement b/c of the obsession of others and some I found a little entertaining....

People certainly reveal a lot about themselves. a 2 yr old toddler disappears, mom goes dancing right afterwards and the whereabouts of Caylee Anthony barely raised an eyebrow. No interest, so hardly any threads about her.......

A little baby boy was shot in the face by a 17 yr old thug b/c the baby's mother wouldn't give him any $$. Where were the threads of outrage of this evil murderer? 1, m/b 2.......?

But a 17 yr old attacks a NW guy and is killed and holy cow! The outrage over this kid's death was exploding all over the country - even Obama commented about it and being tacky enuf to personalize it, Sharpton, Jackson, the NBP's & their bounty on Z;s head and over a yr later, people are still hell bent on bloody revenge....

What makes this one kid, Martin, so much more special than the couple I had mentioned, including thousands more of children/teens who were murdered? Why build a shrine to this one kid when there have been so many others who are just as deserving, if not more..... can you answer that question?

 

I wonder what would have happened if Obama at the time of the shooting would have gone on TV and said: "Listen up people. This was another case of a young Black man involved in a violent incident. There's going to be a fair trial and whatever the verdict I will except it and move on. I suggest you all do the same. Frankly there are many many 'issues' we, as a nation, need to work on."
Instead, as usual he ran his mouth without knowing all the facts and, as usual he made a racist fool of himself. Not unlike some 'T-Boners' here. 'Wally-Mart' now has a case-lot sale on mints BTW.

 

Neighborhood watch is not suppose to go up to someone and identify themselves. Zimmerman tried to avoid contact it was Martin who after the incident was over, reinitiated it.

Watching someone is not creating an incident where the person being watch has the legal right to assault you nor does it negate you right to defend yourself when they do. Zimmerman's observing Martin was perfectly reasonable under the circumstances. His responses to the NEN dispatcher were perfectly reasonable. And had Martin not decided to assault the "white assed cracka" he would be alive today, a VERY unreasonable act on his part for which he paid dearly.

Trying to marginalize those who know the evidence and judge the incident solely on that evidence as people who believe Zimmerman "can do no wrong" only shows the weakness of your own position.

From the video it appears to be the case and the ME was discredited on the stand as to procedure and recording his findings.

I don't know if you have ever been deposed or testified.. but you can only answer the questions put to you..

 

And he had no right to assault Zimmerman either did he.

No, because he never called police , went inside , or did anything that someone who would be afraid would do . And it still doesn't give you the right to bash someone's head in . I am afraid of clowns , does that mean I can start hunting them down and whuppin their ass ?

 

His actions indicate otherwise don't you think. If he was afraid he would not have taunted him when Zimmerman was still in the truck, he would have sought refuge in the apartment he ran back to and would have called for help. Instead he choose to go back and confront Zimmerman and beat him up, so obviously he was not too afraid of him.

 

Yea kind of like Roy Bryant and JW Milam. I wonder if you labeled his mother as Butthurt also.
