Women who are about to be raped who succeed in eluding the rapist and then go back and confront the rapist rather than going inside the safety of their home and calling the police? Yeah please give us a cite as to how many do that.

If they go back and confront them rather than go inside to safety and call the police yes it does.

It has to be a reasonable and imminent fear of which there is no proof Martin had that fear or even any fear of imminent bodily harm, but Zimmerman did so you admit he had a right to defend himself.

No you can't and you would be charged with assault.

 

How many women believing they are about to be rape do nothing about it and even after evading the rapist seek him out so they can be raped?

 

Ummm.... well, yeah I was - but in my apartment, nighttime and was sleeping... and woken up by an unwanted visitor, whom I never met before....

Not going into the whole story, but when I slowly became unfrozen w/paralyzing fear, which seemed like a lifetime and my vocal cords started working again, then I started screaming, which woke up every tenant in my apt complex and my screams sent the cockroach running back into the darkness.......

Intruders don't like a lot of noise. Other people might notice them committing a crime..... btw, when he was caught, he told the cops he had been stalking me. When they told me that, the hairs on the back of my neck stood up all over again.

When my 2 girls were teenagers, I had them read the police report, telling them to always be aware of their surroundings. If they were touched, attacked by a stranger - scream at the top of their lungs.... draw attention to yourself. Every woman/girl needs to know this.......

And men/boys also when they find themselves in a scary situation - if they can, make a lot of noise......instead of M hiding from Z, m/b if he had shouted, bellered, screamed at Z, he would be alive today.... you never know.

 

Attacking and attempting to rob the neighborhood watch captain it would appear.

Your statement assumes he knew Zimmerman was armed and posing an imminent threat to him. No evidence Martin knew he was or that Zimmerman posed an imminent threat to him. We also know that Martin lost Zimmerman so there was no more following. In fact he made it back to the apartment without being followed and had ever opportunity to go inside into the safety of the apartment and call either the police or his father and alert them to any fear he had or perceived danger he was in, He choose a radically different course of action that night.

But of course you already know all this because if was shown in court to be true.

 

I find it amazing a 17 year old would not, I certainly taught mine. The fact is Martin knew how he wanted to handle him and it got him killed.

Back in the 90's, Holiday Inn Biscayne Blvd Miami FL. Woke up to a noise and automatically sat up, in the shadows of the entry saw a guy standing there. Since I was already sitting up in bed there was no "pretend you are asleep and let them rob you" . Start screaming at him in no uncertain term to get his m-f'ing ass out or I would beat the crap out him, he hesitate and I screamed louder NOW or I'm coming after you. He took the hint and as he started to leave I jumped at the door and actually caught his arm in it as I tried to slammed it. There was a scuffle but a had the door stopped with my foot and he fled. Called downstairs and they called the sheriff who caught him trying to get out of the building.

 

There is NO evidence that TM made it back to the condo of Brandy Greene.

The foolish is you claiming she will call the police. You don't know what she will do unless you have polled a majority of the women who have been in that situation.

You don't know what your 17 yr old would do in that situation. Now you hope that he would do what you claim you have told him to do, but until he is in that situation you don't know what he would or wouldn't do.
