The death certificate of guy who died in a motorcycle accident has been corrected. I seriously doubt that there are hoards of doctors intentionally fixing the data. They could lose their license for that.

 

They don't have to fix anything. Dr. Birx told us that if other causes might have caused the death and the patient has Covid then the U.S. is counting that as a Covid death. She told us that directly during a Task Force press conference. So the guy(s) might have been killed by the crash(es) or by Covid. The doctors are following what the CDC instructs.

 

The articles clearly stated that it was Covid. So your "opinion" is based on what ?

 

I believe she was just talking about comorbidities. Even the President agreed with that method.

Based on the article saying there were two different issues: a wreck causing the hospitalization and a Covid diagnosis while hospitalized.

I'm weary of repetition. My opinion has not changed over the last 9 days when first posted. I don't think there is any way to know for certain which factor weighed more strongly in the death.

She didn't list every single option on commodities. Accidents are a leading cause of death. She said other causes of death are being counted as Covid if the patient tests positive for Covid.

This is a serious and HONEST question:

If the hospital reported the death as "virus related respiratory failure", with no evidence of severity of injury from the accident, how can you "not know for certain" other than politicization ?

 

~ Riding a motorcycle without wearing a mask likely caused an acute COVID attack - the resulting blood clot in the lungs was fatal.

Yesterday, Trump announced distribution of 150 Million rapid tests at no cost to the states. So far, we've barely topped 100 Million tests all year. But, that's "playing it down".

 

He “announces” all sorts of crap. Let’s see it happen. And why a six month lag In something this critical?

 

This is a brand new test design which doesn't need any machinery to validate. Abbott just got approval. They started distributing this month.

Scientists don't just snap their fingers and have tests and treatments for new diseases they couldn't possibly have planned for.
