One of the main problems here is that when diseases cross from animals to humans, there isn't necessarily any big warning sign. The best that can happen after the fact is to have labs in place for scientists to study the diseases people are showing up with.

These scientists will do the best they can, but there will be learning going on. And, it's pretty dang obvious that blaming science for that general fact of life makes no sense at all.

The bottom line is that we need a far more robust and planned response to the threat of bio attacks of all origins.

We need MORE labs like that in Wuhan, because it turns out there is a gigantic reservoir of infectious diseasese carried by animals in sections of Asia and other continents.

We failed spectacularly this time.

The rest of the problem is that we are doing nothing to strengthen our approach. We're even attacking medical science!

His was not diagnosed as a COVID-19 death because of the left’s political ambitions, even though there are countless deaths attributed to COVID-19 in the U.S. simply because the person died while having COVID-19 in their system.

Also consider that Redfield, the director of the CDC said "For every confirmed case, officials are likely missing another 10 cases," so the number of people who have been infected and didn't call a doctor or get counted could be closer to 68.5 million, added to the 6.85 million cases which are counted.
