    Incorrect, all DoD personnel are required each year to participate in Active Shooter training.

    Incorrect. 3 hour search... BELIEVED to still be on the grounds. They don't even know how many people are involved. Outside of that ground... is peoples houses. They are not DOD. Why are DC cops getting shot up on a military installation? No MPs? I say you inform the public of what you know... call me (*)(*)(*)(*)ing nuts.

    I don't understand this breach. We keep ordinance there... that building... is adjacent to NCIS. The gates are no joke. This guy had to come in through the water, and is probably one of ours.

    11:00 am. About 15 minutes ago a CNN reporter interviewed two people who said the shooter pointed a rifle at them from down the hallway and fired a shot which hit the wall above them. One said the shooter is a "tall black guy."

    I believe procedure is always to assume additional shooters. I am not law enforcement but "think" that is why they are saying that.

    People who commit violence for political or ideological gain are political. I don't know if you have been keeping up but we are at war with them... for that specific reason. We get to talk about them. The MEDIA reporting, IS political, so we get to talk about that too. Clearly being black does not make you genetically pre-disposed to attacking a US military installation in broad daylight.

    UPDATE: Navy spokesman says 2 shooters down. These facilities are two sophisticated for the average Edit/Rule 3 thug to penetrate their security. Sounds like a planned terror attack.

    I don't this think guy is a frogman. Another wild conspiracy???

    If this person is on a DoD installation, then outside the installation is fenced off, period. 2nd time, all DoD personnel are required to take an annual Active Shooter training course.

    t's the news. They're not gun experts. The M16/M4 are AR-15 variants which is close enough for me considering a lot of times their weapon identification is about on par with this.

    Which would explain why the authorities were out in full force after the attack. It'd also go back to what I said earlier:
