NO president, whether Democrat or Republican, has any right whatsoever to interfere with or prevent a lawful owner selling, renting, or leasing property that belongs to him -- PERIOD!

A property owner can let a tenant stay in his property without being paid the previously agreed-to rent -- that, too, is the property owner's right. But, if the owner demands payment and the tenant can't, won't, or simply doesn't pay, then that tenant has to get OUT. What is so hard to understand about that...?! The "government" has no say in that relationship whatsoever!

The foreclosure moratorium is also ending, and lots of former homeowners are going to become renters, and that increased renter demand is going to keep rents high, and probably even push them higher.

The covid lockdown chickens are coming home to roost, and the longer the Democrats would try to kick the can down the road, the worse it's going to be.
