When one is attacked once one anticipates the possibility that it can happen again in one form or another. In order to forestall that possibility one hardens one's facility or vacates the premises. Obama's team did neither. Obama's team can't anticipate future possibilities in such situations.

Depends on the nature of the act. The fact that someone sets of a bomb isn't a warning of a coordinated attack of the type that happened on 9/11.

And it certainly isn't a warning that there was going to be an attack that day as the so-called "undisputed fact" claimed.

OK, so we've confirmed there is a total fail on your so-called first "undisputed fact" as there is absolutely no evidence, much less proof, that the US was warned of the attack on the consulate prior to the attack.

So let's now look at the second "undisputed fact":

•Britain pulled their ambassador out from the warnings and perceived danger.

I dispute that fact as well and deny it.

What is the evidence that proves this so-called "undisputed fact", and source, please.

I'm betting this so-called "undisputed fact" is just as bull(*)(*)(*)(*) as the first one.

The House will come after him. Nixon executed Executive Privilege also, but the Supreme Court overruled and well, Watergate happened.

By design. They want to overload the welfare system.

Yes it is if one is prudent. I can't emphasize the importance of reasonable anticipation enough. That's what competence is all about. In any event the congressional investigation will help turn out the evidence.

The British Consulate had evacuated its facility in Benghazi and so was the Red Cross office. They left because of the threat of violence. That should have alerted Obama's team to the magnitude of the danger.

So let me guess. You'll be right on board with this idea if the Democrats cut the military budget and we lose soldiers in Afghanistan?

The problem with your analysis is that you immediately jump to the conclusion that the money cut will immediately result in less protective assets and not in $300 million in waste from other areas within the budget.

Crawl back into your tequila bottle. If the new America were so good, you wouldn't be an expatriate.

The fiscal cliff was reaped by Obama and the Democrats. They didn't want to deal with it before the election because it made them look bad. A Democrat (*)(*)(*)(*) up doesn't make a Republican emergency.

I say go off that cliff. When the economy collapses and the government can't hand out all the Obama voter's free stuff, we'll see what their moral character is made of.

It may not take going over the cliff to collapse the economy. Between QE Infinity, a collapsing economy into a depression with capital leaving the markets here and collapsing dollar will have the same effect.

Oh yeah, the next bubble to bailout will be the student loan program, which adds another tril to the national bailout debt.

I don't know. Why don't you ask all of those Democrats in office during the 1990s who kept insisting there were?

Not likely. The old one's have been brainwashed so long that there is no hope for them.

They cut a budget. The State Department cut embassy security. I would have thought you might understand such an easy concept.

Or even during LBJ's little war in Viet Nam based on the lie of the Gulf of Tonkin "attack" that never happened.

The new America IS so good... I just happen to like living in the tropics. It's better for my health. AND my sanity. AND my checkbook.

Yes. On their own volition. They were told to stand down and not jeopardize their own mission.

First there were no protests. People don't spontaneously show up to protests, even in Muslim countries with RPGs and mortars.

Second, Woods knew where the mortars were. He got killed painting the target.

It's called give and take. Obama has mostly ignored the Republicans in Congress. All he has done is take without reciprocity. I suggested in another thread that if Obama wants bipartisanship, he needs to light a fire under Harry Reid's ass and get the Senate to pass a (*)(*)(*)(*)ed budget which they have been derelict in doing for 4 years. You know. One that has huge bipartisan support in both houses. This will show the House and America that they are serious.

Stamp down the tea party and the Grover Norquists pledges and that would be a real possibility.
