I am sorry if you don't know what happens at birth but the change is a big one. The fetus is separated physically from it's host. It no longer needs the woman to survive. It becomes it's own person so has rights like other BORN persons. WHY couldn't you answer my questions? WHAT rights do you think a fetus has??? The right to use another's body to sustain it's own life? Well NO ONE ELSE HAS THAT RIGHT. The right to harm someone else without their permission? Well NO ONE ELSE HAS THAT RIGHT.
Yes. I believe that once a "fetus" can survive outside a womans body (even with medical assistance) that it automatically has the same "rights" as someone who has been "born".
