The Jewish state goes on indiscriminately massacring civilians. It's genocidal by targeting aid workers deliberately who try to seek refuge elsewhere as well people in dire need of aid. It is not that I consider antisemitism any worse than being anti-(any other group based on race, ethnicity, religion etc), or that I don't find those who try to label people for being anti-Israel or even anti-(forcibly or colonially pursued and accomplished) Zionist, as repugnant, but:

• antisemitism is simply stupid, as stupid as any other form of bigotry and indiscriminate animus relying on generalizations, stereotypes, and such;
• the history of antisemitism you allude to merely informs why many otherwise decent people (imperialistic and colonialist interests and projects aside -- interest and projects whose most significant and influential promoters are not and historically have not been mainly Jewish) would conclude that the Jewish people deserve a homeland of their own (notwithstanding my vociferous objection to how the project was pursued from the get go, reflecting the kind of colonial mindset prevalent in the west);
• many of those who in the premodern era suffered the most due to antisemitism were (more or less) direct decendants of many Palestinians, while there are many "Jews" in Israel whose connections to that history are tenuous at best and others who have absolutely no connection to it whatsoever;
• many of those who come from backgrounds and belief systems that promoted antisemitism in the west, are today among Israel's staunchest supporters and are among (along with hardline ultra Zionists in Israel) the most prolific voices for Islamophobia and anti-Palestinian sentiment.

Why would they use an ambulance to escape when they are supposed to have 300 miles of tunnels?

 

I have 3 possible answers:
1. Hamas have no brain, the proof is the latest attack on Israel - they didn't guess that killing, raping and kidnapping Israeli women will result in heavy Israeli response, so instead of using tunnels they used ambulance,
2. Some tunnels and some tunnels exits are destroyed by Israel, so the only choice left was an ambulance
3. These Hamas fighters were deserters, they were afraid to stay in the tunnels and decided to run away using an ambulance, hoping their commanders will not stop them.

 

The Biden Administration is seeing worrying signs, from its conversations with Israeli officials, who not only seem accepting of mass civilian casualties, but have even referenced the WW2, Allied bombings of civilians in Germany & Japan, as a model for their own campaign. Of course, it was these civilian bombings which the world agreed to end, after that World War.
