The terrible Terrorist Laws bought in by Blair and Bush are what they are trying to extradite him on. I do not question the state the poor man is in - I just said where he was being held. The apartments in Belmarsh were built, in the 1st place. to hold notorious prisoners to keep them safe from the main prison population - solitary confinement is torture no matter how well housed a person is. Tommy Robinson was also kept there recently - he and Assange conversed via their windows - not only is he being tortured by solitary but the terror he must feel about being sent to US will be overwhelming - it is wicked.
They were created by two Swedish women. Women who, incidentally, believed in Assange, at one stage. They are "titillating" because someone took offense in the way in which Assange publicized everyone else's business but went to extraordinary lengths to conceal his own. The two incidents true. If these incidents were carried out by most other males they would be condemned by the liberal establishment. But here we see the finger on the balance - "Assange is one of ours."
Oh yes, and Assange also leaked documents on teenage rape victims. Victims who were assured confidentiality by the Wicked Western system, but brought to light by the Wikileaks Warriors. You can bet Assange never brought to light anything about Putin.
Provide your source for that. It sounds contrary to other things I have heard such as the inability of Australians including his dad to get his country to do its job and help him.
No worries. https://www.smh.com.au/politics/fed...lian-consular-assistance-20191024-p533zk.html How do you feel now about what you 'have heard?'
I would need to look further into it to find out the reason why - so far 2 Australian sites which I have never been to before but may have a hint are refusing to let me in unless I pay first! There will though be some reason.
ps I love your irony "protesting peacefully for justice and freedom inside the Gaza ghetto' Was that with slingshots, mortar, grenades, homemade rockets, incendiary kites and Kalashnikovs? You are a very ironic person.
I am uncertain what you are referring to about 'Australian sites.' I guess the reason is that Assange is a complete idiot, a moron, a bloke who smears his own faeces over the very walls of the Embassy he was given protection in. The bloke is a deluded nutter.
This comes under the date 23rd October. Possibly whatever your link is claiming and it does seem vaig is linked to it. https://defend.wikileaks.org/liveblog/
UK courts continue to show their disrespect for the law by refusing to allow Spain to interview him re the CIA's illegal recording of his visits with his lawyer while in the Ecuador Embassy. https://defend.wikileaks.org/liveblog/ If Spain could prove its position, Assange would be set free and all charges dropped. Yet again it appears the UK is deliberately thwarting the law - what's the betting the motivation is the hard right wanting a Brexit deal with the US.
Of course he deserves Consular Assistance as does any Aussie in the schit overseas. Fact is, as I have shown you, the moron does not want it and told us to far cough. He is way above those sort of things you know. He is important, just ask him.
No you haven't shown me that at all. What you have shown me is that on the day after eleven Australian Federal MP's were pushing for Australia to stop the US extradition and demand Assange be sent home, a paper - and I have only seen this in one paper, has a headline but when you read the article it is claiming nothing of the sort. It is rather claiming that https://www.smh.com.au/politics/fed...lian-consular-assistance-20191024-p533zk.html There could be any number of reasons for that which we are not privy to. Given that this story was released the day after the Australian Politicians made their demand for Assange to be brought home sounds like Propaganda to justifying them allowing Assange to be mistreated and not protecting their citizen as would be expected....just like the British refusal to allow the Spanish courts to speak to him, an unheard of thing they say, would appear to be in order to stop him being set free and all charges dropped.
Not being familiar with British law, I suspect there is such a law as you mention, but it's being ignored. Over the years while he was in the Embassy, there were several rulings by various UN agencies that Assange was being held in violation of various UN mandates, but the "civilized" Brits utterly ignored them. It is interesting that the "civilized" government of Australia has abandoned completely its citizen Assange. The rule of law is dead in the western world. In order to prosecute Bush & Co for war crimes, the US law professor Francis Boyle had to travel to a muslim country to find a jurisdiction brave enough to accommodate the prosecution.
He's been in a cell in England for almost 10 years now, having been convicted of nothing. Does the spirit of King George still animate the English system?
There is ample evidence we are in the end game. That is, we have fascism here in the US. Likely in Britain too.
