    Uhhhh... a sworn tip (or tips) from an insider (or insiders) certainly is evidence....

    Last nights' filing says "multiple sources of evidence" show that classified information remained on the premises after June.... and they are not required to tell this judge what those are for this limited purpose...

    I'm going with the subpoenaed MAL surveillance videos myself...

    The filing came in response to Mr. Trump’s request for an independent review of materials seized from his home, Mar-a-Lago. But it went far beyond that, painting the clearest picture yet of the department’s efforts to retrieve the documents before taking the extraordinary step of searching a former president’s private property on Aug. 8.

    Among the new disclosures in the 36-page filing were that the search yielded three classified documents in desks inside Mr. Trump’s office, with more than 100 documents in 13 boxes or containers with classification markings in the residence, including some at the most restrictive levels.

    I FIND IT VERY, VERY, VERY DIFFICULT TO BELIEVE TFG OR HIS REPRESENTATIVES WOULD MISLEAD THE FBI OR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. Next thing you know, they'll claim to want to indict the former guy just for calling for a peaceful protest, on the day the Congress was certifying the election results :)

    LMAOROG, As the court filings said, they've went through it and recovered the GOV'T PROPERTY Trump said he didn't have.

    Trump motions? Oh the one where he asked for a special master 2 weeks AFTER the search and the FBI had already determined which Gov't property was covered under Atty/Client privilege and which wasn't?

    Sorry TFG has lies have moved faster than Trump going after the last Big Mac in the bag

    We didn't get what we wanted so the classified documents were likely concealed and removed...

    They should have stressed the word "likely" but, of course, they stressed "concealed and removed" for hysterics.
