Trump's attorneys basically handed DOJ an opportunity to 'educate' another judge, in another courtroom, and that judge got a semester long class in evidence of obstruction as did we, and to virtually no Trump benefit, because of the long interval DOJ had to explore catigorize and photograph those files before the motion was even filed. I am sure this special master will eventually return some of the more personal notes etc, but its not going to alter this case.

I know people have been complaining about Garland's speed, but the man is notoriously thorough, careful and methodical and he insists on the same traits being expressed among his subordinates. This is not a DOJ case that will be frought with sloppy or amateurish legal briefs nor will it be prone to tactical errors. Once Garland's wheels of justice start rolling, Trump's guys have to watch out that they are not flattened.
