    Sorry, but this is a horrible hill to stand on. She is such a complete mess with keeping prisoners past their sentencing for slave labor that trying to disqualify her by birth is ridiculous. Stay with how much of a racist POS she is for locking up thousands of blacks for non-violent drug charges while she was smoking weed herself.

    The media has already seeded the ground with quotes from some of the dumbest lawyers in America to state she is a “natural born citizen” under Article II of the U.S. Constitution, and is therefore, eligible to be vice president or president. Is that really true? Kamala Harris’ mother was Shyamala Gopalan, born in British India (present-day Chennai in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu). Ms. Gopalan never became a naturalized U.S. citizen. Donald Harris, Senator Harris’ father, is a naturalized U.S. citizen born in Jamaica. There are no provisions in the U.S. Constitution that qualifies a child born of a foreign national as a natural-born citizen and Senator Harris is not eligible to hold the office of the vice president.

    Further proof of citizenship: The Constitution states that no person can serve in the Senate of the United State who has not been a citizen of the U.S. for at least 8 years. Harris is a Senator ergo she must be a citizen.

    If that were really the intention of the Founding Fathers, then the first 7 Presidents were elected illegally. Their parents were not US Citizens nor were they born U S citizens.
