    Generally, natural born citizen means that the moment they were born, they became a US citizen with no further legal action required. Kamala Harris was born in the US and subject to the laws of the US. That generally is enough to meet the requirements to be a natural born citizen. There will always be some controversy, but that just about covers it.

    You are correct mostly. Natural childbirth means the mother did not use any medications (ie. epidural) while giving birth AND the baby was born vaginally versus a Cesarean section.

    If you want to find racists, you don't have to leave the Democrat Plantation. Here's a letter Biden wrote to one of the Democrats he found common ground with:
    “I want you to know that I very much appreciate your help during this week’s Committee meeting in attempting to bring my anti-busing legislation to a vote,” Biden wrote on June 30, 1977, to Sen. James Eastland, the Washington Post reported.

    Eastland was a plantation owner who believed blacks were an inferior race, and forcefully fought desegregation throughout his career as a Democratic lawmaker from Mississippi.

    Not really. Sometimes, yes. Always, no.

    Both my sons were born in Japan where I was assigned while a member of the US Air Force. I have had people claim that they were not natural born US citizens. They both have Department of State US birth certificates.

    Hay!,the United States was not considered the United States
    until those Founders had their Constitution Ratified on June 21,1788.
    Therefore their Parents could not have been Natural Born Citizens.
    Unless somehow Netflex somehow manages to have Oprah explain
    udderwise as she did with her historically brazen failed movie :
    - The Butler - { 2013 }.Released by a usual suspect now sitting in
    a New York Corrections facility { Harvey Weinstein }.

    This would seem the end of it but because of the Obama issue it's going to be scrutinized and I'll bet this will inspire revisiting the Obama thing. If in fact Harris was born here and can produce an authentic document that says so one would think that would be enough, think again. At any rate, Biden's pick will certainly doom his campaign. Harris has waaay too many negatives, lots of baggage and loads of sleaze, team Trump will squeeze every ounce out of all of those. My money says Harris will drop out when the SHTF. About now the country needs a good laugh and a distraction from all of the other crap, lots of material here.

    Sorry, tired as hell ! I worked at the polls from 5:00 am until we delivered the sealed physical ballots and the computer and date base to the Towm Clerk while earlier dealing with a ranting voter who tried to tell me that a Trump and local candidate campaign tent was too close to the polling station . I read him the state law of 75 ft away and told him that they were 125 or more feet away. He started to yell at me that is was voter intimidation. While I was involved with dipschiest I was calling 9-11 when our chief Moderator appeared to have had a stroke while he and I were talking to Man With Hair Up Ass. Hope he is ok, our guy that is the probable stroke victim ,guy with a hair up his ass can go Phlock himself. EMTS police were here is no time and as usually very efficient and professional.

    I had to write up the report at town hall since all that happened during voting hours and I know my opinion does not matter legally but our guy had a stroke while dipschiest was falsely accusing campaigners of intimidation.

    That Pissed off our entire team even our Democrats and Rublicans alike. We all are concerned for his health. What a warning for Nov 3... Our assistant chief police already said there are plans to have extra officers on duty to respond to Men With Political Hairs Up Ass ........

    the DNC platform.That is half of the rationale behind picking
    Harris.So she could routinely use the word " Racist " to scold

    She was born in Oakland California. Just like an "anchor baby" born to a Mexican who's first step on American soil was 10 ft away on the river bank, a woman still wet with Rio Grande water- the baby is a natural born American citizen legally, so she qualifies. No sense cluttering up the subject with that argument. We do have specific laws granting that.
