    I am picking apart that you say it's accurate whether it's the article that you agree with, or your own statements. Either way, the guy turned himself in, and was charged intially. The woman has not been charged. And crime is not as rampant as the article appears to have claimed. But again, if you want to support the article or your own thoughts, provide proof. Simple as that.

    I have with the link I provided. I could provide links to NYPD crime statistics which proves the article's statement false about rampant high crime. But you have not, and you refuse because it goes against your political idealogy and appearance of self superiority.

    There's SO many of these incidents! SO MANY. Also strange coincidence but the person doing the punching always seems to be the same race. I'm sure that is just coincidence though.

    definately not jail, unless it can be proven to be racially aggravated, then priors would need to be taken into account. perhaps a suspended sentence if he has a history of this. this is not nazi germany....OR IS IT! *cue suspenseful music*

    The news article is in the OP but I know there was also a video of her speaking about the incident. I am having issues finding it though. I haven't given up yet.

    Being as it's brietbart I gotta wonder if it really happened or happened the way it's being represented but if it did lock the guy up and I hope the victim is ok.

    yes, ive read it. not seeing how this was racially motivated other than the two parties being black and white. just like not every cop who kills an unarmed black man is racially motivated.

    Yes a guy punched a woman while on the subway platform. That is fact. However, the rest of the political BS that the article and you have stated is not fact. The guy turned himself in and the woman was not charged. NYPD stats show that violent crime is on the way down right now, which goes against the "rampamt crime" argument that you and the paper agree with with.

    Again, I did not write the article. This is what the left does though when things like this happen. They ignore the content and pick apart words and sentence structure. Such care for this victim.     its like isee videos everyday of white cops beating or killing black folk. this guy in the subway is likely just getting his get back, as they call it in the street. definantely not jail time. he tried to swing at the white guy just before. looks like he was high on drugs or maybe he had just had a run in with police. locking him up for this just exposes usa as a prison industrial complex, looking to profit from free labour in jail.
