    'Affordable housing units'; in the state of NY LMAO. Sorry fam, NY is stuck with this bondoggle now, and increased taxes is the future of NY. But hey, they wanted to prosecute the case so I guess they're okay with indebting the government with Trump's debt.

    Example #1,000 why I would never move to NY. It's such a waste of taxpayer dollars

    Turning Trump properties into affordable housing will help alleviate the issue.

    What this case did is destroy the speculative gains market in NY. "I think this property will increase by $10,000 in five years". "You think? OR you know? Because you have to know!"

    No one is gonna want to speculate in NY based off the court trial. Like I find it funny they accuse him of inflating the assets, but then they inflated the total value of the actual judgment LMAO.

    Those financials determine building value which is used to determine equity. Lying on square footage would impact each item, lying on rents / income would have impacted 4 of the 6.

    I see you have never been involved in a commercial valuation but speak like you are a pro.

    Once again, you can’t pay your debt with your debt. He’ll only get credit toward his penalty for equity in the property. If he owes 10 million and they sell it for 15 million, he gets credit for 5 and the lenders get their 10.
