Maybe he died because his work forced him to wear a mask and while sweating all night he kept touching his face after touching the same equipment he shared with a coworker.

I love how my job pretends it's acting in the interest of our safety when handing us a mask at the door. But I'm watching this mask dispenser carefully and last shift she did hand me the mask with gloves but her thumb was pressed dead center where my mouth goes as she handed it. Sure enough after touching several items like the desk and chair with the same gloved hand, she touched her hair, forehead, and phone. Hopefully she doesn't have COVID, because if so this so called safety measure just got a lot of people infected.

Also they preload masks by hanging them on a hook so they don't have to reach in the box every time. For months. These masks are hanging at face level 1-2 feet from every single persons face that enters the building. People are basically strapping something to their mouth that every one of their coworkers have breathed on.

He died because he was an anti-mask loon who hung out with other anti-mask loons...and they gave him the virus that killed him

Is it impossible to catch the virus by touch? How do you know how he caught it? I can catch a cold from using the same remote control just as easily as I can from someone breathing on me, can I not? Is Covid different?

Hence the instructions to wash hands as well as wear a mask. Quite simple to understand and do but some regard these instructions as Hitlerite

So I'm supposed to wash my hands after each time I touch the same item as a fellow employee? I can wash my hands and so can my coworker, but if he has Covid and I handle something he touched with saliva/mucus on his hands, and then I touch my nose or mouth, I can get infected.

Washing your hands is an individual option, masks are a mandate from the all powerful OZ

Simple answer - don't touch your nose or mouth! How hard is it for you not to touch your face or mouth! Are you really that weak willed? You must work in a very disgusting environment if your co-workers carry snot and saliva/mucus on their hands

Ever ran a marathon in a mask? Ever worked a shift in which you need to drink 4-6 bottles of water throughout? Come to my plant and we can observe from the catwalk how apparently 90% of the human race is "stupid".

Where is this marathon happening? Wash your hands before drinking - it's not hard.

    Every night at my job.

Sick of being told to wear a mask at all times by people who have never had to sweat a day in their lives. Usually the same people forcing me to get out in this outbreak so that they can stay at home and continue to enjoy the conveniences and pleasures they had pre pandemic. Usually the same people ignoring all the other risks associated with Covid who just say, "mask up you'll be fine, now get to work you expendable pos."

Literally no time to take off gloves and sanitize every time I take a drink. I can barely get a drink itself in without the conveyer backing up. Your absolute mask policy no matter where or what you are doing doesn't work. And the workers are proving it. Just visit a factory/warehouse and observe plz.

What you guys are asking people to sacrifice is NOT equal for all. Hell , I can sit in an office cubicle all day long with a mask; you are being asked a very minor inconvenience. But it is NOT minor for many labor intensive jobs. I do not detect recognition of this fact in mask enforcers and it irks the hell out of me.

Don’t let it get too far under your skin. Lack of concern for your (and many other’s) situation is the product of abject fear and ignorance with a sprinkling of narcissism. You are appreciated by many, it’s just the most fearful are the most vocal so you don’t hear appreciation often.

I learned to dislike masks shoveling grain in hot grain bins. It sucks and it’s only a few days a year for me on average. I can’t imagine being forced to do so every day.

    2) Early February: Biden public health advisory committee member says the coronavirus is less lethal than the SARS virus and a top aide says this “is probably not a serious epidemic.”

    3) Mid February: Top Biden advisersays “we don”t have a Covid epidemic, we have a fear epidemic.”

    4) Late February: Biden health adviser Zeke Emmanuel says many experts view the virus “like the flu” and expect it to dissipate with warmer weather moving to the southern hemisphere. Masks will not help, he adds.

    5) Early March: Biden holds a mass indoor rally and criticizes the European travel ban as ineffective and “counterproductive.”

    6) Mid March: Regarding Trump’s January 31st decision to close travel to China, Biden says “stop thexenophobic fear mongering.”

I'm ranting I know. It just sucks because I'm torn. When someone is standing behind my shoulder in the checkout without a mask I WILL say something no matter who it is. My common sense says masks should be worn like 80% of the time in public. But the enforcers go too far when demanding their use during strenuous activity. Or these college campuses/cities demanding they be worn OUTSIDE when not even near anyone. Or that online conference on a thread here where they were required to wear masks at home. I'm sure that's happening a lot. And their flippant attitudes; I can do it, why can't you? I guarantee you can't, not based on the average worker I'm seeing.

Yes, very little mask behavior I’ve seen looks very rational. Big groups of people standing around a couple feet from each other laughing and talking loudly with their thin cloth masks. Groups of people walking around, half with masks and half without. It’s clear the initial concern that masks would lead people into being comfortable pursuing other risky behaviors has come to pass. And yes, I agree they are being recommended and mandated in the wrong places if limiting spread is the goal. But it’s the only mitigation the people most concerned about being infected are interested in.

I'm wondering what will happen the day after election when it is known that many Trump supporters were turned away without a mask. And I don't even care who wins. I do care about election integrity just in case one day I see someone worth going out to vote for.

Your desperate diversion fails. It's pathetic that you can't even find a single quote from Biden, in your passion to divert attention away from your beloved's squalid performance, in which Biden shares Trump's falsehoods that the coronavirus is "under control!", that "There are very few people with it!" and "Everybody's getting better! They're all getting better!"

The American public overwhelmingly recognizes Trump's incompetence in confronting the crisis.

Have the courage to defend your master's lies without contriving such feeble deflections.

"Stop accurately quoting Trump's documented, multiple, woefully-fake statements,
and pretend that Biden had already been president!"

“Just had a long and very good conversation by phone with President Xi of China.
He is strong, sharp and powerfully focused on leading the counterattack on the Coronavirus.
Great discipline is taking place in China, as President Xi strongly leads
what will be a very successful operation. We are working closely with China to help!”

Interesting. I hadn’t really thought about that possibility because I don’t think it would happen where I live. But it sure could in some places. I’ll probably go vote on initiatives etc. but neither Presidential ticket deserves my vote this time. So it goes. :)

Strange accusations after your quote from Trumps son in law and I guess you missed the following.

    5) Early March: Biden holds a mass indoor rally and criticizes the European travel ban as ineffective and “counterproductive.”

    6) Mid March: Regarding Trump’s January 31st decision to close travel to China, Biden saysstop thexenophobic fear mongering".
