Yes a serious logistic effort will be needed, but I think it will happen.
BioNtech and its partner Pfizer have a 90% vaccine. That is a incredible number and their Phase 3 has gone without a hitch.
I put my money on it early and they will be certified by the end of the month.
Those bioNtech guys had some serious foresight. They started with their vaccine development in January. They have worked on several mRNA vaccines for years. Me thinks, people with that foresight and knowing the problems of their technology, have a few plans up their sleeve how to get a vaccine like that to the end user.
Even Moderna, a mRNA, needs at least -20, those are serious degrees, and need special storage facilities, every where.
It will happen, for one and only reason, the pandemic has its foot on the pedal all the way to the metal and countries will do what ever to stop it.
They will produce the infrastructure so fast, it will drop your jaw.

Money does not matter and that matters.

No, that one will go probably to the two CEOs of bioNtech and Pfizer, how they came to gather and managed their vaccine, if it is as good as they say.
    That story is rather interesting.

But aren't you concerned about Jenny McCarthy? Don't vaccines cause Jenny McCarthy?

Pfizer reports strong T-cell response to COVID-19 vaccine

I am prejudiced for a strong T Cell response.
But, hey, I took immunology courses in undergraduate
    and medical school.

Any news on Russia's Sputnik vaccine which also stimulates
cellular immunity as well as antibody responses.

I hope we can get the vaccine out to the public faster than we got the tests out there

I'll probably regret asking this question but, just out of curiosity ... how much is 'much' in your opinion? What % of the etire world's population exactly is supposedly involved in this conspiracy?

Footnote; in fairness to the many millions of your fellow Americans who did this I'm assuming your not going to count the mere fact someone voted against Trump as proof their willing involvement in this alleged 'conspiracy'. (At least I hope not.)

Theoretically a country that isn't hell bent on spreading it as much as possible could probably get away with a less than 100% vaccination rate. But we're America, and a good number of our people are proudly spreading they virus. They think it to be their right to do so, or they live in a state of fake-news inspired denial, or worse they do it out of some political spite. We're going to need 100% but I don't think we should demand that of our citizens until dozens of independent long-term studies can verify safety. Until then we keep wearing masks, we keep social distancing, and we keep super-spreader platforms shutdown.

But agree it will take more than government to eventually force compliance. Have you ever seen the movie Contagion? *spoiler alert* At the end everyone who has had the vaccine is required to wear a coded wristband in order to go basically anywhere other than their own homes; every entry point would scan for authorization.

Have you any thoughts about a strong T cell immunity response by way of nutrition and supplements?

    Meat - inclusive of poultry.
There is a reason it is chicken soup
    and not vegan soup.

So, you're saying that those working on distribution of this virus don't have a clue what they're talking about?

Why do so many people believe that the human immune system will not react positively to this virus?

When you show us how to keep it out of nursing homes come back with your list.
Until then it's a "wish" list.
Then you can tell us how you will protect the other 130 million with comorbidities.

Because you have viruses and diseases the human immune system can not deal with. Thats why we developed vaccines.

The human immune system is amazing. The problem is that too many people compromise their own immune system.

A true vaccine will never be developed for a coronavirus. You might be able to get something similar to a flu shot which may or may not give your immune system a boost.

A true vaccine eradicates a disease.

The goal is not to eradicate the disease as everyone knows that is not possible. The goal is to reduce infections to a manageable number

A true vaccine will eradicate a disease. Unless one is compromised from other conditions, their healthy immune system will start building protections. That’s not going to happen if we lock down and go into seclusion.

It does not. A good vaccine will lower the number of virus hosts. Which eventual create herd immunity.
