I had a sneaky suspicion that would likely be the case.

Now we know why our corrupt ruling political class refuses to conduct enough simple serology antibody tests to document the truth about the CCP/DP Pandemic and end the shutdown.

That’s exactly what the study says. The data shows that the number infected is 50 - 85 times what is currently claimed.

We don't know how many are infected, it is a whole lot more than the official tally, which brings mortality down.

I started a similar thread but am switching to yours. Here's some additional information from Mr. Andrew Bogan, a molecular biologist, who is managing member of Bogan Associates LLC.

That's high pay for a poor performance modality of treatment on which 80% of NYC corona patients who go on it come off of it dead.

That is incorrect. The denominator is not known.

More importantly what is the morbidity rate?

It is still unwise to swamp hospitals with the critically ill

Mortality is calculated by dividing the number of deaths by the number infected. You do not know the number infected. Data has shown that the number infected could be ~ 100X the number of cases.

~ This can be expected as we learn that many millions have likely been infected but show no symptoms. I think the outcome will be Wuhan virus is more contagious but less deadly than N1H1.
:fingerscrossed: Hopefully many will be tested for antibodies that can help those who are sick.

    Garbage in, garbage out.

If the numbers do not represent reality, they are meaningless.

It is not certain that the numbers involved are accurate. That is presumed by many, but very possibly an inaccurate presumption.

More antibody data coming from other parts of the world mid week if not sooner. Let's hope for good news.

40,000 deaths in a month says it's pretty damn deadly

So is malpractice and heart disease. How much overlap there is between them and Cvirus is not yet known, but certainly its somewhere between 1% and 100%.

Deadly for a portion of those affected, but maybe survivable for most. Which a survivable 'pandemic' is far better than say the black plague of Europe. It's really about what tier we're on, and that should hopefully influence us to make better decisions: IE: No more Soviet America.

40,000 and COUNTING is pretty deadly.

Oh it's not as bad as the plague?

Well THAT caused what became known as the Dark Ages...so I really think we ought to avoid that

The Dark Ages were caused by barbarian invasions. The Black Death occurred during the tail end of the Dark Ages.

The Dark Ages started about 500AD with the fall of Western Rome. The Black Plague was around 1300AD, near the start of the renaissance...

The Plague of Justinian (~500AD) primarily affected the Eastern Roman (Byzantine) Empire (Asia), which survived it to thrive into the late 1400s...

While its probable that they were two different strains and pandemics of the same plague, neither is historically credited as contributing to Europe's Dark Age.

Some due however credit the Black plage as one of the contributors (along with the end of the mini ice age, oka global warming) with the beginning of the Renaisance.
