    what like supposed stories and videos of UFO's that havent at all been confirmed???? thats no different than videos of supposed ghosts or angels or whatever or stories of the sort.

    anything is a possibility. true down pat evidence where all of us can say "yes it exists" has not even gotten here yet.

    Like fairies, yes? There's no proof they don't exist, either.

    The comparison between tales of an afterlife and tales of fairies is quite apt.

    It's a reasonable speculation, but nowhere near factual.

    I feel people shouldn't spend too much time thinking about it as it's an empty subject. Unless you can come back from the dead to tell us about it, anything you say about afterlife is your own fairy tale.

    There's no proof that beings made entirely of marshmallows don't exist...therefore...according to your finite wisdom, we should not be surprised to someday in our SETI to meet up with some marshmallow beings!

    I had no idea this could be so simple! Let's just skip any form of intelligent reasoning and just assume that if we can't prove something then it must exist...

    ugh you've gone from just being harshly closed minded to straight off the deep end. and considering marshmallows are man made you kind of sound a lil crazy with your pretend analogy.

    what is so unintelligent about believing that a higher power created what we are? does man not create all the time? man creates life,man creates medicines out of scratch, we created the technology around the world, create new breeds of dogs lol.

    so seriously why is it such a bad thing to believe something of intelligence created us? its not that crazy of a theory or belief if you come to think about it.

    i dont see the problem. hell for all any of us know we are just the remains of a science experiment by a race of very intelligent beings we have never seen. for all we know the big bang could have been manually put into motion. as far as we truly know about anything, there are lots of possibilities.

    No, it actually isn't! Even medical science recognizes the existence and affect of spiritual matters. Hawking doesn't even address the fact that there is a lot of unknown beyond the physical world.

    So? They traveled back in time?

    Again religion/cults, people who believe in ghosts its all the same to someone who doesnt believe in that.

    All of that is supported by science, no matter how you look at it religion or cults dont have anything more then beliefs.
