(Support Request) unable to view posted video's.

I was finally able to reproduce the problem. There are multiple causes, it is Firefox only... and I don't believe any amount of code changing will fix it.

There are two solutions.
1. In the URL space type or paste "about:support" without quotes. Upper right hand corner there is a button under"Reset Firefox to its default state". Reset Firefox.

If this does not fix the problem...

2. Go to help. Choose "Restart Firefox with add-ons disabled"

If it works when you return... you are going to need to remove all of your add-ons/plugins explained here

You can then add them again, one at a time in order of importance to you.

Installing the latest version of Firefox 21.0 from Help > About Firefox > Check for Updates may also help. After updating my Firefox recently, I do not experience the Flash plug-in issue any more on this site and all YouTube videos show up properly now.
