It was Giuliani that mentioned "combat" in his speech to the same crowd. Trump asked the crowd to march on the Capitol to persuade VP Pence to break the law (Trump claimed that election fraud allowed him to play by new rules), after Pence had told him he had concluded he could not legally return the vote certifications to the states and the joint session to certifiy the state certifications was already under way.

That could justify indictments for violation of Title 18 U.S. Code Paragraph 2384, Seditious Conspiracy, if there was evidence of intent to "by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States. People who forced their way into the Capitol Building and took things from the building could also possibly be prosecuted under the same statute for "by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States." The max penalty for violation of the statute is a fine and/or imprisonment for up to 20 years.
