    Something has to happen in this arena. News sources are just propoaganda anymore. The truth doesn't matter in america, it's all about how much money can the "news" division make us.

    Discovery? I don't think that means what you think it means. Discovery is both sides sharing evidence. I seriously doubt the defense has incriminating evidence. Quite the contrary, so I'm not sure what you think discovery is going to prove.

    The discovery process almost always works in the defendant's favor, not the plaintiff.

    Arizona reported a 70% error rate.

    PHOENIX — A court-ordered inspection of more than 1,600 Arizona ballots cast in the general election found just nine with errors in the presidential race — not enough to declare Donald Trump the winner here, even if that error rate ran through all similar ballots.

    The disclosure came in a hearing on a lawsuit filed by state GOP Chair Kelli Ward, contesting the election results.

    There is a reason why this turd solution is suing now.... the results are coming back and it's terrible for them and all Americans that deserve a fair, transparent, and verifiable election.

    Here is the actual report. This is called evidence.

    https://www.9and10news.com/content/...higan_Forensics_Report_121320_v2_REDACTED.pdf

    We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail.This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.

    ==================================================================

    There you have it. A forensic audit of the Dominion Machine/Software solution has been proven without any dispute that the machine not only shifted thousands of votes to Biden from Trump, but that it has no transparency and no audit trail is created if not caught immediately. The cheating can go statewide and no one would no any better.

    This is straight evidence that we DO NOT have verifiable, transparent elections.... and not a single Democrat cared.

    It is the mere opinion of just one man. Until he is legally qualified as an expert, and he might well be, then what hew says is not evidence. It is also not peer reviewed.

    Last time I asked you for a source it didn't go so well for your argument. So let's try round 2.

    And you don’t find it less convincing they picked a partisan to do this work?

    You mean like all the democrat counters working alone with Republican poll watchers unable to watch?

    And I'm sure you think you have some kind of evidence that this happened anywhere in the country: where all of the counters were Dems and not a single Republican was allowed in to watch. Sure you do, bud.
