Left wing suspicion and reasonable suspicion are not the same

But a Grand Jury indictment is far beyond "reasonable suspicion"

32 Grand Jury indictments is beyond even that.

It’s not. It’s simply indicative of opinion being taken as fact.

The FACT is that Trump has been indicted on 32 charges under the Espionage Act. You don't get charged under something like that based on an "opinion being taken as fact". If that's the way you feel about the indictments then I guess you think a guilty verdict is nothing more than an "opinion being taken as fact"

Do you HONESTLY think that when this comes to trial that Trump will be found "Not Guilty" because of a lack of evidence? Heck do you think the charges will be dropped when Trump's lawyers ask for a summary judgement based on lack of evidence?

So, the Biden's are basically taking the fifth, using their right against self-incrimination by refusing to respond?

Nothing at all suspicious about having boxes of documents containing national defense information and refusing to turn them over when requested, subpoenaed and (finally) subject to a search warrant
Nothing at all suspicious when you move those boxes around your residence in order to hide them from your own lawyer.
Nothing at all suspicious when you order employees to delete internal security video that shows you moving those boxes around
Nothing at all suspicious when you are on tape showing classified documents to those who do not have the clearance to view them.

The fact is no one has even presented any real evidence that these "multiple millions of dollars" even really exist...but we DO have the tapes, the documents and the sworn testimony to all the evidence against Trump.

And yet here you are pushing that the Bidens are guilty of "something" but completely ignoring the Trump legal issues.

    It is.
"Reasonable suspicion" are what leads to an investigation.

An indictment is what you get when your "reasonable suspicions" go beyond that to chargeable offenses.

It isn’t. These indictments are simply due to opinions being taken as fact, during an obvious witch hunt.

You REALLY think he would announce before hand he would? The whole family are abject liars I wouldn't bet the farm on it. He could do it "BECAUSE HE LOVES HIS SON WHO IS IN DRUG REHIBILTATION AND IS THE SMARTEST GUY HE KNOWS!!!!!" and the MSM would lap it up and let him get away with it.

He better be more concerned with pardoning himself.

Seven years of Trump might do something unethical even after the evidence proved bogus.

Indictments, in general, are not based on "bogus" evidence.

The specific indictments against Trump are based on solid evidence.

I really think he means it when he says he won’t pardon his son.

If Hunter winds up with jail time, of course Joe will pardon him. If he's still president. One because it's his son. And two (probably more compelling) because Hunter will throw him under the bus if he doesn't. Unless Joe throws Hunter under the bus first. It's gonna be fun either way.

Then you don't understand the legal system. If Biden pardons Hunter AND Hunter has incriminating information on Joe then any prosecutor going after Joe can compel Hunter to testify and Hunter will not be able to hide behind the 5th Amendment. If Hunter is no longer subject to prosecution (either by a pardon or by immunity offered by the prosecution) then he no longer can "incriminate" himself so he can't refuse to testify under the 5th Amendment.

Now, of course, I don't believe that Hunter has any incriminating information on Joe because I have not seen any evidence of any illegal activities that Joe might have been involved with.

But Republicans have to talk about SOMETHING other than the very real legal issues surrounding Trump so this is how we've gotten to "Joe Biden took a bribe" despite there being zero evidence for it.

    Excellent points.

I also think Joe won’t pardon his son. There will be a plea deal, unlikely that there is any prison time involved. I seriously doubt he pardons him for that.

If the plea deal disappears and Hunter is sentenced to a long prison term - that is way out of line for the offences - I can imagine Joe commuting part of the sentence. But not a pardon.

If Hunter is sentenced to a long term (again, I agree, not something I think is going to happen) and Biden then commutes the sentence then Hunter can still use the 5th Amendment. They will not be able to try him again due to Double Jeopardy but if they think he lied under oath during the original trial they could go after him for perjury.

I think he would do ANYTHING for the smartest guy he knows and who he has protected so far. What does he have to lose, there is HUGE doubt he will actually be the next nominee and in fact it could be his last act as President hoping that since they cannot prosecute him then he gets off.

There millions of people who believe Biden is corrupt to a level not seen in Trump. What he seems to be restoring is effective bribe taking.
