Hunter and Burisma finalized their deal to-

"The scope of work should also include organization of a visit of a number of widely recognized and influential current and/or former US policy-makers to Ukraine in November aiming to conduct meetings with and bring positive signal/message and support on Nikolay's issue to the Ukrainian top officials above with the ultimate purpose to close down for any cases/pursuits against Nikolay in Ukraine."

And a month later Vice President Joe was in Ukraine demanding that the prosecutor investigating Burisma be fired and his replacement closed the case against Burisma and Nikolay.

That was one person’s observations on an ongoing negotiation. We don’t know who had what responsibility. We don’t even know who the parties to the proposed agreement were. Or what the final agreement was. If any.

Yeah, But its the one person representing the owner of Burisma who is paying the Bidens. Observations agreed to by Hunter

Hunter and Burisma were the two Parties and they have the bank records confirming payments.
