More specious reasoning. The lab is way outside of Wuhan. And the first instances of Covid came from an open-air market that is a 40 minute drive away from the lab and also outside the Wuhan's city-center (where there are also open-air markets)..

So, yes, some bats could have got out but there is better evidence that the open-air market (outside Wuhan's center) is the real culprit. But the Chinese have no idea presently how the infection got there. It could have been brought in from outside the area to the marketplace.

Nobody knows today with any certainty from where the Covid-pestilence arrived. So, let's just try to get OUR FACTS CORRECT before blathering-in-a-blog, shall we ... ?

He doesn’t debate. When he’s shown to be a peddler of misinformation he just retreats behind the ignore function barricade. You don’t have to deal with reality there. :)

These "things" do not mutate once they are inside the human body.

    Period.

    This is how viruses mutate:
Virus mutations are highly unlikely to be possible in the human body because they need an external factor to commence the mutation ...

And I will respond to you in kind:

That is a statement based in ignorance. It isn't true. And you don't understand that because you aren't qualified to have an opinion.

If you wish to make any sort of a counterargument at any point, then I am all ears.... until then...

Indeed... isn't it completely laughable how "smart" this virus is??

It also knows to stop being a threat during one's lunch break at work. It knows to only go after "unmasked heathens"... it knows to stop being a threat after __:__ pm... it knows to only go after the small "non-essential" businesses and religious institutions and to completely and utterly avoid any large "essential" multinational corporations... it knows that it is supposed to run directly into plexiglass barriers rather than following airflow around them... it knows to stop being a threat after an arbitrary date (in the most liberal areas of Wisconsin, that date was June 2nd)...

Oh, and now Super Genius Mr. Science Deadly Pathogen Expert Dr Fauxchi wants to sell you a magic "antiviral" COVID pill by the end of this year. Apparently the magic "vaccine" doesn't work... Meanwhile, they choose to still completely ignore the fact that we already have hydroxy and ivermectin as cheap, affordable, and readily available treatments.

These people are sick... not only sick, but downright Satanic...

Please, for the love of all that’s holy, educate yourself. Mutations occur during replication. Replication only occurs in living cells— in this case inside the human body.

No. Mutations are random errors made when cells of the human body are copying the genetic code of the virus. Coronaviruses have ability to “proofread” copies to some extent—influenza viruses do not. This is one reason coronaviruses have a lower rate of mutations.

A virus can not replicate outside of a living cell and a virus mutates while it is replicating.

    You are 100% incorrect.

Who are the republican vaccine deniers? Could we have some examples of them? I watch most of the major Foxnews shows on youtube the next day sans commercials. I would not describe any of those hosts as deniers.

Tucker Carlson talks about vaccines more than most but he never has said to not get the vaccine or encouraged people to refuse it.

Almost all adults over 35 should be vaccinated. It's too easy and takes little time and no money. It is not as essential for healthy young people in their 20s to get vaccinated but I would not discourage it. Teenage boys and young college age men might wait until we know more about these heart inflammation side effects.

**** them. If we have people that devoted to delusions of nonexistent FFRREEDDOOMMM then let them not get vaccinated and Darwin will take care of the problem. The difficulty is all the innocents they will take with them. ****ingassholejerks@Republican Party. com, I guess

Guess what. Every dang day 260+ people die of the deadliest by sheer numbers historical preventable death in the US. And the death rate is doubling about every 20 years. Incidentally, the demographic that is most likely to mock hesitant vaccinees is the demographic most likely to engage in the behavior responsible for the most preventable deaths. Not only are these deaths preventable, many of them are innocents who did not even engage in the behavior that causes the deaths!

As far as I know, there have been no deaths from abstaining from the behavior responsible for the most preventable deaths. Abstaining from this behavior is clearly the logical choice. Sane people would clearly abstain from this behavior.

The selective outrage I’m pointing out here that is based on general ignorance and partisan politics both foisted on you by your political leaders has been an unceasing fount of fascination for me during the pandemic.

I almost said “comic relief” instead of “fascination”. But that would be inaccurate. The selective outrage you showcase above is not comic relief—it’s as sick and twisted as all the other disinformation and misinformation everyone swallowed whole over the last year+.

    COVID VACCINATION

    Well put!

The vaccination (regardless of type) is not in the least painful and neither is it "dangerous" - or any other mind-boggling negative blather the Rabid-Right has to say about Covid-vaccinating!

Millions here in Europe had one of the first anti-Covid shots in existence, that of the Astra-Zeneca kind. There have been no major drawbacks from the very large usage of the vaccine here in Europe. (I, for one, can attest to that fact having been vaccinated with A-Z.)

Statement from the WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION: WHO statement on AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine safety signals

There is a 10-week wait requirement here in Europe for the second Astra-Zeneca vaccination shot ....

I have seen different reports, indicating that line 2 of the subway serving the lab had the original cases.

I understand their theory, how they determine the odds, and I acknowledge it's possible. But I am factoring other information to determine the odds that I think they are not considering. I have watched the rhetoric, pressers, and actions of the players for over a year. Their deception is obvious, and that pushes me toward man made.

I am not sure why China and Trump played it down, do you think they were in on it together?

Darwin already has -- >80% of Covid deaths are those aged 65+ with some pre-existing condition,
Those 65 and younger have a 99.96% survival rate.

Why the concern over “Republican” vaccine deniers and not the demoncrat vaccine deniers? Hmm?

I wonder how many Dems and independents who are reluctant about vaccination will shy away from voting Dem in the future over this issue?

Yes, could well be. The Chinese are not being very "open" about what happened, who did it, and why.

Moreover, this is not the first respiratory illness that killed Chinese nationals and was derived from an unknown source.

In 2003/2004 there was SARS that killed around 700 people around the planet before it just went away.

The WHO spent two years trying to figure-out the source but to no avail ...

Depends on what you mean by "in on it". I think many knew, but enjoy the status quo so much that they shrink from what is sure to be a big challenge.

I think some knew what they were doing was risky research, and have attempted to conceal their roles.

And still others are concealing for national security. When a government's mandate is based on a big lie, avoiding embarrassment or the perception of incompetence is of the utmost importance. This a key tenet to all communist governments throughout history. The effect is magnified in China, because saving face is very important in many Asian countries. They take offense to embarrassment, on average, more often, and to a greater degree, than we do.

Indeed. Look I'm not trying to cause panic. I just want the truth. Even in the most innocent scenarios, there are major changes we need to make. This research should be handled internationally like space exploration. The labs near cities need to be scrapped. It needs to be more isolated so containment measures can have a chance. Perhaps the US and China can be the first 2 countries to agree to the other side having some sort of observers in the labs. And probably more...

Honesty is important in science. The biggest factor in my decision to get the vaccine is/was whether or not I have natural immunity. But, mysteriously, this hasn't been discussed. It's plain as day to anyone with halfway decent decision-making skills. Knowledge of antibodies is important to the health decision. Yet it's not being addressed. Even where it could really tilt the cost benefit analysis, in children. Even when it can save lives when and where there is not enough vaccine. Do the antibody test to prioritize vaccinations and it will save lives.

It's yet another shady aspect to this whole thing.

By our own experience we know that we have no "natural immunity" to the common cold.

So, what would make anyone think that they "deserved" one at birth ... ?
