Considering President Trump had already taken actions in response to the threat including banning flites & quarantines, any rational adult could not come to the conclusion that he called the virus a hoax. Continuously implying that he had doesn't make him look bad, just you.

You can not rationally argue that he did not call it a hoax because he has taken steps. Trump made a statement that was talking about the virus and he said "it's their hoax."

I agree that the :democrat: should stop campaigning & holding rallies ... IF they cared about people's lives. They should cancel their spawn of Satan gathering in Milwaukee, too.

The hoax is putting blame on him. Just like the Russia hoax was that he was involved, not that Russia tried to mess with the election. You really have a hard time discerning what you want him to mean vs what he actually says.

Just like he didn't call white supremacists fine people. Just like he didnt call all Mexicans murderers or rapists. Just like he didn’t ban Muslims from entering the country. Just like he doesn’t hate immigrants or black people or gay people or women. You are so frenzied and enraged you can’t discern reality from the media screwing with your perceptions.

We know the effects what we can do is practice personal hygiene strictly as required so that it will not affect us that much and as much as possible we should inhibit ourselves with gatherings until the outbreak wanes down. It's all about control and self discipline that is being required right now.

    Give up, Trumpies!

There will never any claim against a President get as bad a claim as the Republicans' whining about President Obama's having out in public wearing a tan suit!

Again, even if you think his language was perfectly clear, it is still a ****ing dumb idea for the president to call any aspect a hoax beceause some segment of the population is going to think the virus or the severity of the threat it poses is the hoax.

Also, trump very much explicitly and repeatedly cast doubt on the notion that Russia interfered in the election. During the debate, he said that the hacking "could have been some 400 lb dude in a basement" and while standing next to Putin, he said that "Putin denies it and I dont see any reason why it would be russia."

I am sure that there are immigrants, black people, gay people, and women that trump likes. Granted, they all have in common a supreme devotion to trump and trump reserves the right to immediately call them very bad people as soon as it serves him politically or financially, but he likes them right now.

But he objectively did call white supremacists fine people, Mexicans murderers and rapist, and wanted/tried to ban muslims from entering the country. Those all objectively happened. At the very best, you could argue that he meant to say something else. Alternatively, you could argue that his statements could have been more extreme (i.e. only the white supremacists are fine people instead of both sides have fine people).

But you can not rationally argue that he never said those things.

The hysteria is insane. It’s just like a common cold if you don’t have some serious prior health problems.

No, it is several times worse than the flu both in terms of its infection rate and its mortality rate.

And the flu is much, much worse than the common cold.
